ON THE FACTORY FLOOR

Every station, every shift, at a glance

AXTRIVO shows whether each machine is running, stopped or in fault, how many good parts and rejects it has made, its cycle time against target, and its OEE for the shift. Operators record downtime reasons at the machine, so the reason for every stop is on the screen, not lost in a logbook.

Works with your machines

No new production line, no rip-and-replace. AXTRIVO reads the Siemens, Mitsubishi, Modbus and OPC UA PLCs you already have, read-only, and never changes a machine setting.

Numbers you can trust

OEE, availability, performance, quality and defect rate are calculated from the machines' own signals for every shift, with your planned breaks taken out.

On every screen

Live dashboards sized for 55" TVs on the floor, browsers in the office and phones on the move. TVs pair with a short code, with no passwords typed on a remote.

Local and affordable

World-class production visibility without the price and complexity of international systems. Hosted in South Africa and supported from Ballito by a team that can also wire your machines.

HOW IT WORKS

From machine signal to decision in seconds

This runs today on our Line A demo station in Ballito: a Mitsubishi Q and a Siemens S7-1200 connected to AXTRIVO through the Edge.

1. Your machines

The PLCs you already have: Siemens S7, Mitsubishi Q/L, Modbus TCP and OPC UA.

2. AXTRIVO Edge

A small Edge computer reads the PLCs, read-only, and sends the data over an encrypted connection. No ports are opened into your network.

3. AXTRIVO Core

Checks every value, keeps the history and calculates OEE, availability, performance, quality and defect rate per station and per shift.

4. Dashboards

Live screens on 55" TVs on the floor, browsers in the office and phones on the move.

What the dashboard shows

Machine state: running, stopped, idle or in fault, with the alarm code. Output and quality: good parts, rejects and the defect rate for the shift. OEE per shift: availability, performance and quality, with planned breaks taken out. Downtime: the reason the operator selected at the machine, shown next to the stop.

Frequently asked questions

What can I see today?

A live demonstration with real PLCs on our Line A demo station, online or in person in Ballito.

Do you change anything on our machines?

No. AXTRIVO only reads data from your PLCs and never changes a setting. Some PLCs need a small addition to their program to provide counters and status; we quote and agree that with you first.

Which PLCs work?

Siemens S7, Mitsubishi Q/L, and any PLC that speaks Modbus TCP or OPC UA. Ask us about other brands.

Where is our data kept?

Hosted securely in South Africa, or on your own server. The data is yours and is never shared without your written consent.

What does it cost?

Contact us for pricing. Every plant is different, so we quote after a short conversation about your lines, machines and what you want to see. Installation and PLC integration are included in the quote.

How do I book a demo?

Tell us your industry, the number of production lines and the PLC brands you use, and we will arrange an online demo or a visit to our demo line.
